1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one registered account on the 91win88 Platform. Registering or operating multiple accounts, whether under the same name, email address, mobile number, device, IP address, or payment method, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 91win88 will close all duplicate accounts upon detection and may forfeit any balances held in those accounts.

3.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. 91win88 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details, including failure to receive security notifications due to an outdated email address or mobile number.

3.3 Account Security

You agree to notify 91win88 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 91win88 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access attributable to your failure to safeguard your credentials.

3.4 KYC Verification

91win88 is required to verify the identity of all account holders before processing withdrawals. You agree to submit the required identity documents — which may include a copy of your national identity card (MyKad), passport, proof of address, and source of funds declaration — within the timeframe specified by 91win88. Failure to complete KYC verification within the prescribed timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

91win88 currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank FPX, CIMB Clicks, and USDT TRC20. Accepted payment methods are subject to change without prior notice. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits to your 91win88 account are credited as soon as payment is confirmed by the relevant payment processor. Delays in crediting caused by issues on the part of the payment processor are outside 91win88's control. In the event of a deposit not being credited within 30 minutes, you should contact support with your transaction reference.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within one business day for verified accounts with no pending compliance reviews. 91win88 reserves the right to delay processing of withdrawals pending the outcome of security reviews, bonus wagering requirement verification, or KYC document review. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposits, to the extent technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering controls.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the 91win88 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. Conversion rates applied to cryptocurrency transactions are displayed at the time of the transaction.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the 91win88 Platform are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time the offer is made. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 91win88 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed wagers except in cases of a demonstrable technical error caused by 91win88's systems.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, 91win88 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the stake to the player's account. Void bets will not count toward wagering requirements.

7. Prohibited Conduct

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes only. 10. Limitation of Liability

91win88's total aggregate liability to any registered player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to 91win88 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

91win88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in its sole discretion, including but not limited to where:

• A player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• A player fails to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• A player is suspected of fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Regulatory or licensing requirements necessitate account closure;
• The Platform ceases to offer services to players in a particular jurisdiction.

Upon termination, any verified, non-bonus balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via the original deposit method, subject to the satisfactory completion of any outstanding compliance review.

12. Disputes

In the event of a dispute regarding any transaction, game result, or account matter, you must contact 91win88 customer support in writing within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.

91win88 will investigate all disputes in good faith and endeavour to provide a written response within 14 business days of receiving a complete dispute submission. 13. Amendments to These Terms
